Mat Franco Biography

Mat Franco is an American magician famous as the winner of the 9th season of. He is currently the star performer at at the Mat Franco Theatre in Las Vegas.

Franco was born in Johnston, Rhode Island on Franco graduated from Johnston High School in and went to the University of Rhode Island, receiving a degree in business Administration with a minor in Communication studies.

Franco got influenced by magic when he was just and saw a magic show on TV. He then started practicing magic with the support from his father and mother and grandparents. His grandmother was always there to encourage and watch his magic shows for him as his mother was not around every time.

Franco would practice and perform at any chance he could. At the age of , Franco flew to Las Vegas to study performance art with some of his other magician idols including Jeff McBride.
