πŸŽƒ Moline Parks and Recreation’s Spooktacular Trunk or Treat: 3:00-5:00 p.m., Greenvalley Softball Complex, 5920 52nd Ave., Moline. Kids can visit over 25 different businesses and organizations while trunk-or-treating and collecting candy.

The area’s longest-running Roots music show, featuring Bluegrass, Irish and folk and humor. Rated β€œE” for Everybody. Costumes welcome. Four free tickets to costume contest winner.

Kids up to 5 years old can dress up and trick-or-treat in a safe, welcoming and warm environment at this free event. City Hall will be decorated and city staff, including the Bettendorf Police and Fire Departments, will be handing out treats!
